Becoming A Sponsor

The Haysville Fall Festival is in the planning stages for its 37th year of providing “a place where family, friends, and fun come together”. The 2022 event will take place on October 21st -23rd .

 

 As in the past, the success of our event has largely been due to the contributions of our sponsors who have gone out of their way to lend financial support to this event. Every year the money we raise has been used to add new events to our festival and bring in great entertainment as well as giving back to the community in the form of donations and volunteering.

 

When the festival began, the founders wanted the festival to help support the Haysville Senior Center and Riggs park. We have also made donations to Haysville Pride, adopted families and seniors during the Christmas season, as well as giving donations to other civic groups in the community.

 

In 2022, we are asking for your support by joining hands with us as a sponsor for this year’s community event with any amount. We know that businesses have been hit hard this past year. Your business organization is sure to receive exposure from media campaigns and all event promotions. There will also be direct exposure to the festival goers as well.

 

We have several different packages for sponsorship and these are detailed in the sponsorship commitment form enclosed with this letter. You can choose how you would want to participate in the event and how you would like to help make this event a continued success.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:

PLATINUM $3000 and up

1. Sponsorship of Fireworks show Saturday night

2. Minimum of five (5) advertisements from Main Stage, during the day, Saturday and Sunday.

3. Advertisement from Main Stage Friday and Saturday night before the concerts.

4. Company or individual will be listed on the front cover of Haysville Fall Festival program under Platinum level.

5. If a banner of no larger than 18 square foot is provided to us by Friday morning before the festival begins, it will be displayed in the stage viewing area throughout the festival.

6. Participation in all media advertising.

7. Complimentary 10 x 10 booth space. (Tent with table and chairs will be provided)

8. Any other special event that Festival committee may provide upon approval.

 

GOLD $2000-$2999

1. Minimum of three (3) advertisements from the stage, during the day, Saturday and Sunday.

2. Advertisement from Main Stage Friday and Saturday night before the concerts.

3. Company or individual will be listed on the front cover of Haysville Fall Festival program under Gold level.

4. If a banner of no larger than 18 square foot is provided to us by Friday morning before the festival begins, it will be displayed in the Stage viewing area throughout the festival.

5. Participation in all media advertising.

 

SILVER $1000-$1999

1. Minimum of two (2) advertisements from the Main Stage, during the day, Saturday and Sunday.

2. Advertisement from the Main Stage Friday and Saturday night before the concerts.

3. Company or individual will be listed in the Haysville Fall Festival program under silver level.

 

BRONZE $250-$999

1. Advertisement from the Main Stage Friday and Saturday night before the concerts.

2. Company or individual will be listed in the Haysville Fall Festival program under bronze level.
